Composer Competition + Amazon Frontlines

Music Cosmos partnered up with Amazon Frontlines to deliver an inspiring and very purposeful Composer Competition.

This organization is defending indigenous rights to land, life and cultural survival in the Amazon rainforest, and composers from all over the world will now have the opportunity to re-score their campaign video WHO SHOULD DECIDE THE FUTURE OF AMAZON? directed by Martín Kingman with original music by Miguel Angel Espinoza.

Some of the most innovative music brands are also joining forces, providing prizes to the finalists and winners: Sonuscore, Best Service, The Amazonic, Baby Audio, LANDR, Earth Moments, Audio Thing, Lurssen Mastering, Bee My Ears, BORTH Audio, Cushion LAB.

Just like last year’s competition, when we had hundreds of composers joining from more than 55 countries, composers will be able to share the results of their work on their channels and by doing that, they will also be giving voice to thousands of indigenous people from the Amazon that are constantly fighting to keep our forests alive with the support of organizations such as Amazon Frontlines.

To make this edition even more special, Music Cosmos invited industry’s pros to join our panel of judges: Caspar Bock, Anne-Kathrin Dern, Grecco Buratto, Antonio Teoli, Daniel Rowland, Martina Albano, Bruno Justi, Raphael Costa, Miguel Angel Espinosa, Carla Figlia, Marko Fazio, Robert Lampkin.
